Is there anyone that confirm the judge is not letting any details from the GJ out if there's not an indictment?
In American justice (at least for now), a citizen is innocent until proven guilty. I know this is the opposite of liberal/PC "justice", but that is our current system.
I don't have to be behind closed doors to understand an unarmed 18 year old was shot 7 times, 2-3 times execution style through the head.
This should not set precedent in this country.
Are you kidding me?! How many people have been mistakenly or otherwise , killed, crippled or beaten by cops that weren't "black youth? A lot of people are making this all about color, when folks of ALL colors have suffered at the hands of justice by the badge.
80 year old white men and women who get their doors kicked in by a SWAT team because of bad intell, or because someone thought they smelled meth cooking. Or maybe these people use cash for all their bills, which , obviously, makes them drug dealers. How many? Where's the outrage and threats of riots for them? Screw Brown! He's wasn't special.
We ALL have been violated at some point by LE. There's no color border. Except in the threat of reprisal riots and.violence, supposedly justified by racism. Spare me! Who is it that is pushing "race war"? Who is it that furthers this garbage?
I'm so fed up with street trash from the inner cities fear mongering and acting like pack animals it just flat ain't funny. Next time a SWAT team riddles a white home owner, minding his own business, asleep in bed, with Black Talons, because of a "suspicion" of drugs, maybe us white , law abiding, types, should make more noise.
Of course the media doesn't care about such uncontroversial incidents. They would rather give air time to inarticulate gang bangers and hood rats. I am starting to believe that the media and the government have an interest in selling "race war". Between the two, they have been drinking millions of gallons of kerosene and whizzing on numerous fires.

The entire point of a Grand Jury is to determine if there is ANY reasonable doubt that a Crime was committed. IF 9 members of the 12 member Grand Jury find that a Crime might have been committed - they WILL issue an Indictment of some sort. No Indictment means after 3 months of Testimony and examining the Evidence ..... they don't think there was a CRIME. Officer Wilson did not put on a "defense", he offered to Testify and they accepted. He had no Legal Representation and any Testimony that HE or ANYONE else offered to the Grand Jury would be under threat of Perjury and can be used in any future Trial.
Agreement of nine of the 12 members is required to file a charge, but all the public gets to know is that there was — or was not — an indictment. Even St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch won’t be privy to details about the deliberations, including the vote, in accordance with laws dating to America’s colonial era.
If there is an indictment, only that document will be revealed. But if there is not, McCulloch has said he will take the rare step of obtaining a court order to reveal virtually all the evidence that was considered. Judge Carolyn Whittington has agreed to grant the request, said Paul Fox, the court administrator.
RECORD KEEPING
There often is no record of exactly what's said in Missouri grand juries. That's because only the jurors, witness and prosecutor are in the room. In this case, however, McCulloch's office has said the proceedings are being recorded and transcribed.
SECRETS MADE PUBLIC
What's said in a grand jury typically remains secret under Missouri law, though when an indictment is issued, the evidence can be aired at a trial. If Wilson is not indicted, McCulloch says he will ask a judge for permission to publicly release the grand jury evidence as soon as possible.
The Jurors are concerned their names will be revealed as soon as they release their decision. Some of the Witnesses are afraid of their names being revealed (threat of computer hacking or from court personnel) Names of at least some of the witnesses are likely to be Redacted. It's easy to see why they are afraid - there are death threats and threats of injury against the families of Police Officers. Street Mobs are scary and that's the point - they want Street 'justice'. These Mobs have been openly making threats about what they will do if the Grand Jury does not Indict Officer Wilson.
The mess in Ferguson is not like "Selma" or Emmet Till ..... it's more like the threats that ISIS is making or that Osama bin-Laden made.
Wild accusations and threats of Retribution without our Judicial Process is just NUTS. It won't work.
Anyone in Ferguson who thinks this Nation is going to throw out our Judicial Process to satisfy a Street Mob .. is living in LaLa Land. That is NOT going to happen.

You make a lot of good points.
I think you are correct in your assumption that its being used for political reasons by some, not all. The media didn't want to cover it, but it had already spread and the smaller news sites and livestreamers were covering it so they had to jump on it.
With that, you get the major network's spin for their audience (party alliance at this point), the talking heads, radio host etc.
Not to take away from your post at all, but the only thing I would add would be that just because the MSM or certain people may be trying to spin the situation, it doesn't mean that it isn't a legitimate issue. It could just be that certain people don't want to see certain types of reform or changes.

I think your missing the type of reform people are talking about.
Body cameras. Independent Investigative agencies. A real complaint system. Less harassment form Police. AN end to Policing for profit.
Those are things that are wanted.
