Yes, everything in this post is an assumption and a speculation of where the dynamics are heading.
From all the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation Hispanics I know, none would want to go back to live in Mexico but would like to have the Mexico culture but not the politics be brought here to the U.S. and live their lifes with a mix of the old with the new "Melting pot" culture of the United States.
The Reconquesta will be a non event as far as a war or revolutuion but will be a slow peaceful evolution as Latinos become the predominate race in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and New Mexico.

For your info German language was spoken in most part of Pennsylvania,French was spoken in most Northeast states and Louisiana,Alabama way before english showed up.
Agreed but WW 1 put a stop to German real quick. To the point many places changed their names from German ones to English names.
Wrong, and by the way the Spanish speakers from south of our border are usually half white also. Language usage has nothing to do with either political party. The demands are on the part of many Hispanics whether they be Cuban or Mexican or from some other Latino country and they are both Democrats and Republicans.
Who the hell cares what Europe does? They have several countries on their continent that speak several different languages. It's whole different ball of wax than here. WTH does ethnic food have to do with it? You're getting desperate now. I can't eat a taco unless I speak Spanish?
Actually like in more developed countries these days, the home population is reasonably bilingual for the most part, though exceptions do exist, like Japan and South Korea. The ones that actually do not speak English are those who came from poor schools and have no formal qualification.
You and "unbrainwashed" are just spouting nonsense. American culture is not just about baby boomer culture and I have never claimed as such. However, our identifying language is English and we are not noted to be a Hispanic, Asian, etc. nation in identity. They are just minority cultures living among us.
I don't give a flying fig what language or culture one chooses to practice at home. I have never suggested that foreigners lose them just to assimilate to ours. There is no need for lies and dishonesty here about what I stand for.
A lot of the reason that our culture and language is being diluted is directly due to illegal immigration from mostly south of our border. It is neither natural nor lawful. What country in the world would embrace that?

Hispanic domination is not diversity and much of it is via illegal immigration. I don't know about you but I do have a problem living next to lawbreakers whether they be foreign or domestic.
