No, because there is no case. Precedence was set when Bush lied to Americans about WMDs in order to orchestrate war with Iraq and Bush was not prosecuted for this.
If anyone lied about Iraq's WMDs, it was UNSCOM and Clinton. Bush just repeated their intel.
