My question remains the same..

What doomsday scenario do you predict will be the outcome if ACA is cancelled..

It was mostly wishful thinking.

Just hopeful thinking that the court would uphold the law as written by the Congress and signed by the prez. Hope was dashed...no big surprise.

You should be really thankful that SCOTUS did not vote against O-Care. It would have ended up really badly for Republicans.

Congrats. You did not predict anything in this thread.

There are too many conservs who start the touchdown dances ahead of scoring. You're not one of them.

I thought it would go this way.

There were many that "wishfully thought" the SC would stay within it's legitimate boundaries and do the right thing.

That should be regardless of what Law is being reviewed at the time.

The was a despicable and lawless action based on what the plaintiff's claim was.
Everyone knows what the ACA really meant in the crux of the case.

Does not truth or right or wrong come first?

Truth is that SCOTUS interpreted the law exactly as it was intended, and this was a really obvious glitch in the wording. Conservative activists were just clinging on the hopes of a technicality, which SCOTUS rightfully saw through because they are

But as I explained in my other thread, if SCOTUS has voted this down and Republicans were now on the hook to do something with ACA while their constituents in red states (who use most of the subsidies) were losing healthcare..Republicans would be royally ****ed. So you should be happy with this.
