If I'm restricted on how to use it, I'd destroy it.

There is no lack of public funding. Goverment is WAYYY overfunded. Liberals just have TERRIBLE priorities, and yet argue that more money = more results, which is 100% false. More money = less results.

Most have a problem finding ways to spend the money on others, my problem would be in finding ways to spend it on self, friends or family.

I'd setup a trust and issue it out to charities that are feeding many people in the world in real poverty ..

I would say "Keep it!" if you are going to tell me how I can't spend it. Why give the money to me if you are going to direct me to give it all away? Let "someone" just give it directly to whatever organization they want to give it to and cut out me, the middle man. Let someone else deal with the income tax crappola.

Btw, couldn't I keep just two grand since my youngest broke one of his hearing aids last week?

Hey James, I'll buy your kid a new hearing aid if I get 50 mill and you can buy my husband a new hearing aid if you get 50 mill. Sound like a good deal?
