Megyn introduced the former governor on her show as governor F--kabee. Megyn is one of the few highly intelligent T.V. host on Fox so it is hard to believe she made a mistake. I bet this is her name for him around the dinner table.

Some last names are just that: slur bait. Especially some that ain't from Europe. Like the POTUS's last name; way too close to bin Laden's 1st name.
Everyone's mind does that sometimes. I though Kelly recovered much better than average, and she stopped herself faster than average too. it was a mere slip of the lip.
