Capped not dry... It's a lot cheaper and faster to pop a cap and start pumping than it is to find a site, secure a lease, secure permits, move a rig in, start drilling and set up a pipe line or pumping station. I don't mind having 500 capped viable wells in reserve.

Who in the left said not to drill? Probably another talking point from Limbaugh that Teabaggers believe with no evidence whatsoever. Wish I was a welfare mooching conservative who had time in the middle of the day to listen to his show to see what he really talks about.
