Wilson was only doing his job, and that part of that is to protect himself also. Imagine the outcome if Brown had managed to grab officer Wilson's weapon during the struggle, and Brown shot him, just imagine... A news story that probably would have made national headlines for a couple of days.
That whole "Brown got into the police car" thing bothers me.
Law enforcement showed amazing restraint while watching these fools loot, burn businesses and police cars.
Seems to me they showed amazing lack of planning/prevention or mere common sense.
If it is true what the Governor stated, that the police force worked extremely hard the last 100
days preparing for this, I just have to ask what exactly were they doing to prepare, because
from most folks view, it looks like they just stood back and allowed this burning, looting to happen.
They could have started with announcing during "daylight hours", preferably 6 a.m.
Now school is called off, and the elderly are afraid to leave their homes anyways, so what was the
point to a nighttime announcement.
If the Nat'l Guard was protecting 100 sites, I'd like to know what they were, and why the local
store fronts of this small community were not on that list.
The strong arm robbery showed a lot about Browns character. He was a big guy who knew his size was intimidating. Reaching in and punching the cop also showed he thought nothing of using his muscle if anyone dare anger him.
From the testimony "you're way to much of a ***** to shoot me". Not your ordinary law abiding citizen as he grappled with officer Wilson for his gun.
it's like they wanted to make sure we could get great video of the fires...
and why the hell did the prosecuted sound like the defense attorney? I have never seen a prosecutor give a closing argument for the defense.
I'm not surprised though, especially when they show injuries that look like a pimple.
