Watching MSNBC and they are NOT helping this at all. They're just ignoring all of the evidence and acting as though there was some great conspiracy. And here I thought CNN was bad. Sheesh. They are trying really, really hard to make this worse.

I think the second interview with Witness # 14 tells the whole story straight.

He says that Michael Brown did stagger towards the cop a few steps, but in a wobbly slow way, in an effort to get his balance, because he had already been shot by the first volley. As soon as Brown took those wobbly steps, the cop shot him again, shot him to death. So Brown didn't charge the cop. Brown was already wounded and the cop could have safely retreated, and called for back-up. He didn't have to kill him.
