Recall is not possible.

Impeachment would be incredibly stupid for the GOP, so I give them about a 50-50 chance of trying it.

Impeachment is not going to happen unless something really, really bad comes out. Even Gruber isn't enough though it does make things tough come 2016.

What should happen is total control of the purse by Congress. Defund any new whacky ideas that his highness has for padding his legacy.
Can't create amnesty when there's no money to print the cards or any people to work on it.

If indeed recall is not possible as many of you say, then perhaps censuring Obama would be a better move. Limit his leadership activities to those approved by Congress, no more wildcatting and bypassing the constitution.

Just a thought.

Censuring doesn't really do anything. It's essentially just a statement of opinion by the Congress that they don't like something the President did. It seems redundant considering that everyone pretty much knows that the Republicans hate Obama's guts in any event.

Does it involve shooting Barack Obama until he's dead? Is that what you're advocating here?

It would take the effort out of the hands of politicians and put it in the hands of the people. I feel that it would cost less and be quicker while not stopping the legitimate functions of government.

As I said, I don't know if this is doable or not.

Thoughts?

The 2nd amendment gives we the people, the ability to recall tyranny when all else fails and the power has reversed from maintaining liberties, to taking liberties and freedom at will..
Just say'n

Ask Lincoln and ask JFK, if Obama is treading on thin ice.

How does me recognizing that wrench409 and BentBow are talking about the proper "remedy" for our Obama problem being rebellion/assassination (a "2nd Amendment Solution") let you see how I think?
