Since it is so cold around the US, should we increase CO2 emissions to "combat the cold"?
Therein lies the problem with the global warming hoax. The global warming enthusiasts promoted a false premise of "man made global warming" in order to transition to alternative fuels and to stifle industrialization.
If we accept the notion of CO2 as being an agent that truely warms the planet, then of course increasing CO2 production should be able to be used to combat cooling.
That is the problem with lies and hoaxes- sometimes they can bite you in the as* and subvert your initial objective.

I let my car warm up to contribute more CO2 to the need for higher overall temperatures.
I am more concerned with the "fixes" some scientists advocated as a response the whatever global warming may or may not be happening. Dumping iron into the ocean to stimulate algae growth to absorb CO2? Seeding clouds with dust to block sunlight? Let these idiots loose to deliberately change the climate and see what happens then?
Although, likely as not, nothing. In 200 years of industry we've raised the CO2 level one particle in 10,000. And that it what is causing the planet to be hotter, or notter?
]And the coldest November so far since records been kept.[/b]
CO2 would do nothing since it is not a green house gas.
An anomaly. Typhoon Nuri has pushed the jet stream and Arctic cold front south as far as the Gulf of Mexico. By early this coming week the jet stream will move back to it's usual path and we'll be back to unseasonably warm weather.

I even use a head-bolt heater.
Fight The Cold!
I agree. I just burned a massive amount of brush we cut on my farm and had blaze going for about two days. That should balance out a few hybrid cars for the year.

Let's see............................ so when it is cold, it is anomaly and when it is hot, then it is support for global warming?
