Frankly I think the tweet is insulting towards white men more than anything by implying they are racists.
It doesn't say anything is wrong with the young men other than the FATHER would have a problem with them dating their white daughter.
Regardless, I think it's hillarious that whomever tweeted that probably thought they were being cute jumping in on the whole "racist white men" meme and so they were *safe* making a racist comment. Oooops, it can be (incorrectly) interpreted as being a dig on the black youths in the photo so surprise!
It's an inaccurate tweet. Not all white men care about their daughters.
