It appears Obama is going to set a new precedent by blowing off congress, nullifying the federal law and making up his own. No, Reagan nor any of the Bush's did this. When we get a republican president will liberals be okay with it if he, lets say, signs an executing order on his own banning all abortions? Or makes homosexual sex illegal? And if what Obama is going to do is okay with the liberals, should we eliminate congress altogether and give all power in this country to one man?
Obama and his HHS secretary thought birth control pills were a benefit to the people and demanded every employer must provide them.
The next president and HHS Sec. could believe the pill is bad for people, and mandates that no employer should provide them.
