You are right. I live here, I should remember California loves their most heinous criminals. Too bad.

Clearly this man should be sentenced for his crime and if it isn't the death penalty, he should be then deported after his sentence is served...unless he dies from life in prison of course.
Not in Texas. They murder then they go on death row and executed just like any other person who commits murder in Texas.

Texas ain't California.

Pretty sad when an illegal that murdered 2 cops doesn't get justice served because the pro-amnesty folks would rather send him back home...AGAIN.

I assume you mean illegals that have committed murder and not just illegals in general. Each state can choose how they wish to handle illegals that commit murder, just like they do with their own legal citizens.

How is deporting someone "pro amnesty?" You guys need to really talk to each other and get your message straight.

I am pro amnesty and I support that ruling, not sure why anyone would be against sentencing an illegal just like you would someone who is legal.

California would have him serve his sentence before the ICE request could be reviewed. However, a lot of our elected officials are anti-ICE and are refusing to turn over criminals for deportation, so he'll probably never go back.

Exactly, not following his logic there. Would the "kick em all out" crowd be in favor of deporting this murderer?

But that is exactly what the Federal Government wants to do now...take him and deport him.
ICE is the Fed.
