Obama has decided that it's up to the POTUS to decide which laws are to be enforced and which aren't, i.e. Obamacare, Immigration, etc.. Recently, he's even decided that if the POTUS has to wait on Congress to "pass a bill", the POTUS can just pass his/her own. So with these precedents I've been putting together my list of EOs for 2017 that President Ted Cruz should implement:

1) Whatever the hell he wants to do.
2) Sign an EO that no future Presidents can execute an EO.

The executive order lasts as long as the executive is in office. An eo to ban all future eo's doesn't make sense.
