Congresswoman Lummis suggests that the ACA caused the death of her husband. She thinks Americans are more stupid than Gruber thinks. She would have us beilieve a couple worth between 20 and 75 million dollars needed Obamacare to have a medical test done!

Quote:
"My husband was having chest pains at the time that he was told we were not enrolled in Obamacare, and come to find out, he didn't have all of the tests that he was advised by his physician to have," said Lummis. "So on October 24, a week before the election, my husband went to sleep and never woke up."

Lummis said that her husband had chosen to forgo a test prescribed by his doctor -- a decision, she said, that was partly due to the confusion over his enrollment status.
Congresswoman: If Not For Obamacare Glitches, My Husband Might Still Be Alive

Quote:
Cynthia Lummis is actually among one of the richest members of Congress. In 2007-2008, Representative Lummis’ financial disclosure forms reported a net worth between $20 million and $75 million... Obamacare wasn’t designed for people who have $20-$75 million. It was passed so the rest of us, who are either self-employed or have no access to insurance, can afford health care. It’s not the fault of the law that Lummis’s husband chose not to get a potentially life saving test – if he chose not to get the test.

Thanks for pointing out another death due to Obamacare. Yes, even cheap rich people are covered under the law.

This is the by-product of being reeled in by a scam. And the end result is a person dying. Big government at its dirtiest.

If a wealthy man married to a congresswoman can be killed by Obamacare what position do you think the rest of us are in? God help us all.

If I had over 20 million, I would have that test done even if I had to pay out of pocket. Is that congresswoman an idiot, or does she think the American people are? Did she think she could not pay out of pocket to save her husband's life?

In truth, if her husband died in his sleep, he was probably overweight and died of obstructive sleep apnea.

He was killed by anyone or anything.

He died because he chose not to take a test that was recommended, not because of Obamacare.

Also, there is no "Obamacare" as a health plan, its a set of laws, every plan on the website can be accessed by simply going to your health insurance company and signing up for a plan.

I think idiots like her in congress put us all in a bad position.

If she doesn't know how to help her husband buy a medical test when they are worth up to 75 million $, she is dumber than the law allows.
