Mass shootings are few and far between unless you are speaking of the daily carnage by gangs that make up the largest and most predictable portion of the violence.
Mexico should be of special concern as it stacks up bodies faster than a muslim terrorist in a war torn middle east country counting his virgins.
Then again the career killers who slowly add up victims are not all white.
The hitmen in gangs have quite a tally and would certainly fit your definition of a mass shooting and a good guess is they are not predomuinantly 'white'.
If you are waiting for 'whites' to bail your butt out you are a documented and registered victim and a graduate or the Alsharpton school of self pitty and helplessness.
