That said, I have 0 problem with GMO for things like, cancer risk, heart disease, and other genetic disorders and trying to weed that out of the population genome.
Same here. We should "breed out" all those genes that cause serious diseases like tht. But what the article is talking about is, in my view, nothing short of eugenics.

Its not eugenics to say "I want this trait, or that trait" in my child. It would be eugenics if they said "You people with diabetes can not have natural children"

Liberals and Progressives love them some eugenics.

You say liberals love what you consider eugenics (or designer babies), yet on the previous page, you say:

No, I just find it interesting that they would "design" a baby. And remember the only science that counts to liberals are:

1. Climate Science
2. Social Science
3. Climate Science
4. NDT Science
5. ????
6. Climate Science

So this whole DNA/Genetics thing is rather confusing for most Progressives. Biology is out, Chemistry is OK when we're talking about Weed, Physics has too much Math, and any Science that disagrees with their identity politics is out as well.

This is one of the best cases of what I call Conservative Confusion; arguing both sides of the topic as long as the main thrust of the post is to denigrate liberals.

It just cannot be taken seriously!

Eugenics isn't a science. Eugenics was a Liberal Progressive philosophy very popular in the early 20th Century. The Catholic Church was against it, meaning it was lock step a Liberal Progressive movement. Again, it's not a science.

I'm denigrating Liberals on this subject. You guys own this area. Just like you own Education and Social Policy. I don't make the rules and I don't decide who wins.

Conservatives love science too;

1. Bible Science
2. Anti Climate Change Science
3. ?????
4. Money.

But then there is another group out here...growing bit by bit...with people like me representative of it. Anti all political parties (liars, each and everyone of them) who adore science more than Liberals and Conservatives put together. We actually go where the science tells us, not cherry pick for our social smugness capital amongst our identity political friends we tsk tsk with.
