What? Of course a Republican mayor would also support violating people's Civil Rights by allowing the police to stop and frisk innocent people just because of their skin color.

Stop making things up. He did not "run away". Not a single one of you choke hold to death supporters have yet to prove that they ever told him he was under arrest.
The fact is, the NYPD is a bunch of whiny hags right now. That video that was put up does NOT show the mayor talking about ALL cops.
