1619 - 1863 = 244 years of black enslavement by white society
1863 - 1964 = 101 years of Jim Crow racial apartheid against blacks by white society
1964 - 2014 = 50 years of racism....despite laws.
Hence....the case to stop and frisk whites for racism.
Here's a clue. "Racism" (whatever exactly you define that as) is not illegal as such. Murder, rape, assault and robbery are. If we are going to "stop and frisk" for racism, Obama, Holder and Sharpton better like being felt up.
BTW, I DO NOT AGREE with stop and frisk BS, even if it is effective in reducing violent crime. New Yorkers are the only people in the country that put up with that on a regular basis. It would make more sense to simply lock up criminals for life (or at least a couple decades) than to keep turning them back to prey on society. Instead of incarcerating criminals (of any race) NY comes up with more feel good BS. The criminal segment (of any race) is a small portion of the population. Lock them up and let decent people get on with their lives.
Discrimination is illegal. Racism is not. You are welcome to think all the evil thoughts you like about other races. And not go to jail for it.
And most black people not could care less about racism that does not manifest as discrimination. Discrimination is an outcome of racism. Keep in mind that shoplifting is against the law and a crime....but most people who shoplift get away with it because its hard to catch people. Racial discrimination is no different. It's illegal, like shoplifting, but it still goes on because its hard to catch people and the accuser has the burden of proving it....and often time they may not even be aware that they have been discriminated against.
I wonder how many blacks has not been the victim of crime due to "stop and frisk"???
