Every federal and state legislator that ever voted for any benefit for illegal aliens in the past 10 years needs to be charged. All judges, lawyers, and the Supreme Court Justices that voted in any way that benefited illegal aliens too.

Doctors, nurses, firefighters, cops, priests, bankers, school teachers, and aid workers must all be charged.

Every country has their racists. Since illegal immigration was brought up there is nothing racist about enforcing our immigration laws.

a judge has agreed to expedite the appeal. for some reason klayman and WND believe that getting rejected quicker is cause for celebration:

“It is a big victory [for] Sheriff Arpaio and, indeed, the American people that the D.C. Circuit recognized the need for this case to be quickly resolved before Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty program goes into full effect this spring,” Klayman said.

Major score for Sheriff Joe in fight against Obama

Reminds me of the old adage:

A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit brought against Barack Obama by an Arizona police chief who called the U.S. president's sweeping immigration reforms unconstitutional, saying the plaintiff lacked legal standing in the case.

An Arizona federal judge in May 2013 ruled that deputies of Arpaio's office had racially profiled Latino drivers.

The judge ordered that race no longer be used as a factor in law enforcement decisions and appointed a court monitor to oversee Arpaio's operations.

"eryl A. Howell is a federal District Court judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She was nominated by President Barack Obama on July 14, 2010

What a shock.

I can't even remember the last time that a judge had enough sense to throw out a frivolous lawsuit, good for him! With all the asinine lawsuits filed anymore, throwing out cases should be an everyday thing!

As for this racist SCUMBAG sheriff,he should have lost his job long ago,he is a psycho nut job!
" FINALLY,a judge with a brain!"

Nothing new here. A judges rules on something you agree with and he "has a brain"

I'd bet you don't say the say the same thing when a ruling goes AGAINST something you agree with.

Whoda' thunk?

Right. A white guy hits your car and you want the police to stop black guys and women.

Heaven forbid the police "profile" and stop EVERY male, oh wait this also profiling.

Let's have the police stop EVERY driver. That won 't waste much time and money, will it?

What ever happened to common sense?

this is a completely frivolous case. as the judge pointed out it's not even clear from klayman's filings if arpaio is suing as an individual ( in which case he has no direct damages ) or in his capacity as the county sheriff ( in which case it's the county, not him, who has suffered the damages if any ).

I'm not sure why so many ignorant people try to make opposition to criminal aliens a racial issue. Is it because you can't debate an issue without calling someone names? I understand the issue-when you don't have the intellect to discuss an issue it's easy to simply try to insult someone.

The opposition to criminal aliens has nothing to do with race. I have an issue with allowing criminals of any race into this country. Even more so, I have an issue with an executive branch that refuses to enforce laws. If say you or someone you knew were burglarized, would you have an issue if the cops decided they didn't want to bother pursuing the issue? How about if someone you know was robbed? A family member raped? Would you want the authorities to simply ignore it? Or perhaps you want to ensure that your government offers rapists free medical care, education and housing? Again...the issue isn't race, it's crime. And yes, breaking immigration and border laws actually is a crime.

Ironically Canada has tougher laws on immigration than the US does. If someone from the US wants to move to Canada they have to have either significant savings or skills that are needed in the country. No unskilled criminal deadbeat is welcome to come into the country and partake of government largess. And our laws actually aren't that much different-it's simply that we refuse to ignore them, and allow criminals to invade our country.
