As I speculated, NYPD now letting some crimes go and response (vs, supporters)

No you said they weren't bright and I disagree. I have great respect for the cops in my community.
That's what I said. First off, let's get the facts straight. Their motto is "to serve and protect". Well, they may serve, but they aren't there to protect you. They are there to write a report AFTER you are already a victim. They take a job, in which if they do it and do it properly, they run the risk of going to prison and they are hated by much of the citizenry they serve. They run the risk of getting shot for no logical reason and the money isn't that great. I wouldn't call that too terribly bright.

It has nothing to do with being bright. They put their lives on the line for us because they want to. I have no idea why but I am grateful for them

I guess that's a matter of ones perception natalie... Look, I'm glad they are there, but not for me. I'm glad they are there to make you feel better.
Yes. Otherwise, I have no problem with the police. Pantaleo has "history" just like the man he killed. Why not just admonish him, bump him a couple of levels and let that be that? No...it now has to turn into this big farce. NYPD can never ever do anything wrong???? They (NYPD) have the nerve don't they?
Not good enough.
