That's what I said. First off, let's get the facts straight. Their motto is "to serve and protect". Well, they may serve, but they aren't there to protect you. They are there to write a report AFTER you are already a victim. They take a job, in which if they do it and do it properly, they run the risk of going to prison and they are hated by much of the citizenry they serve. They run the risk of getting shot for no logical reason and the money isn't that great. I wouldn't call that too terribly bright.

I guess that's a matter of ones perception natalie... Look, I'm glad they are there, but not for me. I'm glad they are there to make you feel better.

I feel better knowing they are here for us. But my family has ways of protecting ourselves without the cops.
