The whole article is a total side-splitting laugh riot. These a-holes are complaining about $1,500 annual out-of-pocket--mine is $12,700, and I will hit it six weeks into the new year. And they are complaining about 10% co-insurance--mine is 50%. And they are complaining about $250 deductible--mine is $5,000.

I laughed and laughed and laughed. The Ivory Tower is very far indeed from the real world.

They got there because they were unemployable in the real world and Harvard was the only place that would take them.

That was three years ago. I suspect it's higher now and also that Harvard will increase their pay so they can afford their Obamacare premiums.

... and just raise tuition on the students to pay the bill.

You analogy is flawed because it didn't consider the reasons

  1. Harvard professors simply don't want to pay deductible required because Obamacare raises costs on employers. (and they are passing it on)
  2. Hobby Lobby claimed, and the courts agreed, their religious freedom under the Constitution was being denied by Obamacare.
There is no dichotomy.

That's about as valid as saying "Well, arjay is a C-D poster. He didn't get there by being dumb."

Anyone still confused about why they waited until after re-election for it to kick in?

There is no dichotomy.
So you agree with what Obamacare did?

Seriously guys, these Harvard faculty members are HURTING!!!

Can't we all just do the right thing and start a GoFundMe site for them? I mean they believed in Obama, a distinguished Harvard alum, and look at what he did. He kicked them right in the collective nuts and is laughing at them while they are doubled over in pain.

THESE are the people that Obamacare should be helping, not hurting. But because of Obamacare, these poor souls are one step away from having to sleep on a 'pock' bench (it IS Boston, after all) outside of Fanueil Hall.
