She could be arguing that he purposefully threw the case. Which is highly likely seeing that Wilson's testimony doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

If he purposefully threw the case he should be more than sued.

Then she should have spoken out then. Before the verdict. If she was a juror then she knew the fix was in if there was even a fix.

Your position was made and cast in concrete before Mr Brown's body was cold. Most likely before he was shot for assaulting a police officer. This is just another opportunity for you to pound the same broken drum.

How could she have spoken out then? Would it have been legal?

What are you saying?

I've went through the case extensively. There was a thread where all of you had the opportunity to prove my analysis wrong and you couldn't.

What exactly are you trying to say about me earthlyfather?

IF she truly thought the case was being mishandled she could have and should have alerted SOMEONE. so then she was worried about that's legal but now she wants an exception to the law? She should have asked for the exception then when something could have been done about it.

She would be removed from the GJ for speaking out and she could be prosecuted no?

Also, how would she have known how everyone else was gonna vote?

If she's saying the prosecutor intentionally threw the case you don't have to wait. She's doig this for money and won't win. Next time she should decline jury duty.

The DA released the testimony, he called some witnesses liars, he gave his own interpretation of how the GJ reached its decision. I want the juror to win the lawsuit.

Governor. He was there. Wasnt the DOJ overseeing this and made avail in ferguson. I am certain she would have been able to get someone's attwntion. Sharpton (who would fwd to holder). DA is not the be all end all. Again, she's too late and assed out.

And at the same time she's not. Because wilson is not protected by double jeopardy. So another DA can convene a grand jury and have wilson/ferguson/the country go through this again.
