I've only heard Hannity talk in clips on the daily show and the colbert report. pretty much the same with bill o, but I cannot stand bill o, geraldo, or rush limbaugh. but the most annoying is john stossel. what a know it all jack wagon. i've disliked him since he was on abc years and years ago.

on the left i don't like melissa harris perry. before she had her own show she made some good points and seemed likable, but she is just too silly and annoying for me on MSNBC.

in fact, the only news (or news-like) talking heads i like are jon stewart and stephen colbert. i am still hurting from colbert's comedy central departure like i was after the Lost finale.

I also like Scott Pelley for my nightly news. he is one of the most unbiased anchors i have ever seen. it's like he's a robot. it's like he's on dragnet, "just the facts, ma'am."

Don't care much for Hannity and I change the channel quick when Ed is on.

It would be easier to list those I like.

O'Reilly is a bully. I'm not sure why anybody who disagrees with him bothers to go on the show. He isn't interested in a conversation. Just a chance to shout you down.

On the left, Sharpton reminds me so much of Redd Fox that I keep waiting for Grady and Bubba to show up on the set.

People go on his show because his show is #1 and has been #1 for a decade. If you are interested at all in getting wide exposure then you do not turn down an opportunity to appear on his show, no matter what your personal feelings are about him. Also, if you are invited on the show and do not agree, then O'Reilly will make you look bad on air anyway, like he did with Pelosi when she backed out on agreeing to an interview.

It's the same reason why so many people agreed to appear on 60 Minutes years back when that show was on the air and famous for tearing people to shreds in interviews. They also would announce on air if they'd asked you to appear and you refused.

Mike Wallace was a fierce interviewer. They didn't call him "Mike Malice" for nothing.

Sharpton, Hannity, Coulter (although in Coulter's case, I don't even know whether she is considered to be a political commentatlor. She is just an uncorked pie hole).
Although at the end, I refuse to watch any of them from both sides of the party.

Since I watch Fox News, I'm using some of their women as an example and it's not just the hosts but the regular guest analysts, as well.

It's not that I can't stand what they are saying, but many women on TV news shows have voices that sound like a bunch too loud clucking chickens in a hen house. The exceptions are the women who came to TV from radio and who have a better handle on modulating their voice. I want to like Kimberly Guilfoyle but her voice drives me nuts. Even if I agree with what she's saying, her shrieking voice which is also very loud makes me want to change the channel. I won't watch Outnumbered. Just the thought of a bunch of women trying to talk over each other is torture.

I always changed the channel when Fox News used to show clips from The View. My ears! My ears! Shut up! Shut up! All I hear is shrieking noise and that included the conservative Hasselback (now on Fox News but I don't watch morning TV) along with the libs.

Best female voice on TV news is Tammy Bruce but she doesn't have her own TV show and she is from radio, so she knows enough not to shriek.
