Yep that's free. Some states have staggered DMV hours to accommodate workers; I belieOregon had some Saturday hours combined with shorter hours on one of the weekdays.

what do you expect taxpayers to cover the cost of processing and producing it. The amount depends on what your state charges why blame anyone but it.
