Joke, Dubya's Recent Press Conference, On the Subject of the Economy.
At a recent press conference, President Bush was asked about the impact of $100/barrel oil on the average American. His answer was that he didn't figure it would have much impact on Americans because most of them bought their oil in those little cans anyway.
