Yeah, if you want to pay $600 more a month for healthcare because Congress can't write a good law to save their lives!! Why couldn't they keep their grubby little hands out of it?
I'm sorry that where you live has such high insurance costs.
The BCBS Gold Plan in Arkansas, without a subsidy, is less than $600/month.
Lost insurance due to Obamacare, forced to buy it, signed up, paid, they cashed my check, now I keep getting notices that I need to pay. Called them, on hold forever, they said my app needs keyed in, still get notices that I need to pay, now got a notice saying I owe for Jan and now Feb. I don't even know if I am insured but they cashed my check right away.
The Obamacare-funded co-op me and my daughter are insured on is already bankrupt, so now we have to shop around for new insurance. Again. This was after shopping for new insurance for my wife last year because her plan didn't qualify. Later she was able to keep it, but her rates jumped by 20%.
My wife's premiums on her plan have increased by about 40% in the past two years. Mine went up about 30% last year alone.
Still waiting for the 'affordable' part of the ACA to kick in. Things were so much better for us pre-Obamacare.
Well, since 33% of the Obamacare applicants qualify for medi-Cal, SOMEBODY has to pay for it. Even Gov Moonbeam readily admitted that it's not FREE to the taxpayers. Just wait til Calif has to pay 100% of the deadbeats/illegals' healthcare in 2 years. If you think that Cali taxes are high now, just wait and see.

LOL! Has anybody except Leftists? Why would we be happy with a man that has promised to "fundamentally transform" [French for "dismantle"] America? And Obamacare is one example, as it dismantles the best health care system in the world.

I thought Obamcare was supposed to improve health care? You mean it didn't? I don't know what you had in Connecticut, but you were promised better care at less cost. You mean you didn't get it?

No, we blame Obama for those things for which he is blameworthy, which it seems is just about everything he touches. Look at the mess of his foreign policy and the chaos it has caused in the Middle East He is directly responsible for the rise in Islamic terrorism (oh, but we can't call it "Islamic" terrorism, of course. "ISIS isn't 'Islamic,'" Obama says).
Then, of course, we have the rise of violence of black street gangs because of the Obama/Holder/Sharpton race-baiting.
Consumers aren't compelled to buy insurance from a government website. They can buy from any insurance provider they wish.
As long as it is government approved and meets their arbitrary standards. That is buying from the government.
