Insurance should not be decided on gender unless the insurance of the man's also went up when the woman got pregnant.
Because it costs more to insure women. For one, pregnancies cost more. Plus women live longer which means they will receive more care over the length of life than men.

With auto insurance, young men are charged more because it has been proved that they get in more accidents. Why don't we ever do the same in healthcare and charge women for their ACTUAL costs?
