I don't think GMO is poison; in fact I know it is not because it's impossible to avoid and I'm still healthy.

BUT-you will never be able to convince me that food should be patented and controlled by a nationless corporation. It is not about poisoning the food supply-which although I did find funny I'll admit is not true-it is about controlling the food supply, which gets into scary territory in the grand scheme of things.
Fair enough.

That's where anti-monopoly stuff would come into play and fortunately that has been one area where the gov seems to have functioned effectively.

P.S. I've repeatedly noted the Monsanto guy appointed by Obama, GE's CEO (king of off-shoring) heading Obama's jobs council and of course all of the wall-streeters he has. The only people turning a blind eye to that are the insane core loyalists. (Bush of course had insane loyalists too)

Honestly, the OP has put up some good info. I assumed it was the normal paranoia about Monsanto, the left's latest boogyman, until I read the link. My apologies OP.
Apparently you not only jumped to a conclusion by not reading the first article, you failed to read the second one which is from the opposite point of view.

I put the two of them together so that readers could judge for themselves which is more credible.

The second "article" was a forum post. The OP was a bit TL;DR, but from what I gather seemed to present the history of the company, without a lot of histrionics. I didn't waste a lot of time to the responses.

Banning insane core loyalists would solve most issues
