Why is hate for White males so common on the political left? (regime, education)

The left wing now openly shows their hate for white males and legally sanctioned discrimination is now the norm in hiring and promoting. Is it because we're the most successful species in the history of humanity?
News flash... It isn't! You only hear these type of claims from conservative propaganda!
Really? You don't seem to be as troubled with 2 rich old white ladies possibly being your Presidential candidate as you would be with 2 rich old white men being your Presidential candidate. That has to mean you libs are sexist since obviously age and wealth has nothing to do with it or Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren would be figuratively speaking, "dead to you." I'm a licensed contractor with two degrees, I can absolutely tell you that knowing the book version of something= being good at it practically.
I don't think you understand quite how the real world works.
Open up your computer, take a look at the hardware architecture and tell me someone with non book smarts designed that.
I never said that you didn't need to know the information, just that you knowing it =/= you being particularly good at it on a practical level. I have a friend with a CS degree for example, and she can't do any software engineering to save her life. She understands how to create arrays, linked lists, classes, constructors etc etc etc, but she lacks the mindset to actually make good software. On the opposite end she knows people with zero degrees in their hands that can program circles around her. I also have a masters degree and a job, so you don't need to wow me with your education wizardry :-P.

But the poster I was responding to said the reason white people got hired was because SOMEONE needed to actually do the job. The obvious inference being that non-white people are incapable of doing the job. Otherwise, it wouldn't matter what race the person was.
Is this thread anything other than race bait by someone who has nothing productive to do with their time and uses their ethnicity to feel superior by birth rather than achievement?

Romanians are white dear. A good portion of Jews are as well. Not to say that non whites don't invent things, but those aren't the best examples.
