Once again you show a irrelevant tax % stat. Sure the top rich pay higher tax rate then others at first. But what your stats don't show is how many tax breaks or loopholes there are after that basically leaves alot paying no taxes?
If they're supposedly paying "no taxes" , explain these tax rates as reported by the IRS, by income level:

Permission to share granted here: File:US federal effective tax rates by income percentile and component.gif - Wikimedia Commons

Data source: Average Effective Federal Tax Rates

" *Individual income tax rates for the lowest and second lowest quintiles are negative and are netted against the payroll tax rate. A quintile is one fifth of the population. Calculations assume that employees also pay the employer portion of payroll taxes in the form of reduced wages. The breaks are (in 2013 dollars): 20% $24,191; 40% $47,261; 60% $79,521; 80% $134,266; 90% $180,482; 95% $261,471; 99% $615,048; 99.9% $3,170,865."

The only metric we have to determine whether taxes are high or low is history. Historically, high-income taxes are low.

When taxes were high on the top earners, what social program benefits did the poor and middle class have? Hmmm...?

Well in 1981 it was 70%.....so much the same as today for the most part. Why do you ask?

Food stamp usage, and other public assistance program usage was lower then.

If the rich pay higher taxes, are you willing to accept fewer programs/services for the poor?

And there were actually more welfare benefits in 1981-adults with no children could still receive cash benefits and food stamp allotment was more per capita.

There sure are a lot of lackeys for the global elite on this thread. Get off your knees people, it's disgusting.

It is predicted by 2016 the global 1% will own more than 99% of the rest of the World's population.

Wealthiest 1% will soon own more than rest of us combined, Oxfam says - CNN.com

Anybody that thinks this is OK or sustainable is truly an idiot-maybe a useful idiot to the central banksters and global elite, but an idiot nonetheless.

You lackeys are busy arguing left versus right and Democrat versus Republican when the true elite do not even have any loyalty or allegience to this nation or any on the planet.

You are destroying the sovereignty of our nation by promoting such corruption and greed.
