1. Because you don't feel obligated to support a corrupt group
2. Because your able to be open minded and take other view points into consideration
3. Because you understand the concept that just b/c you view something one way, and I view it another doesn't make you right and me wrong or visa versa....which is called maturity.....and allowance.
Thank you.

I would believe the outrage on this page if someone would have went after Ron Paul for what he said, and yet not a single thread on it since he wrote it, and he has the most twitter followers, facebook likes and overall following of any of these people.

And What Paul said actually was a criticism of his service, where as Ed was talking about Islamaphobia.

I understand. That is why I used the word "example" to distinguish between criticism and lie.

Ed criticized Kyle because of the word "savages". He took Kyle's words out of context.

Sorry, I've kinda been unplugged from media lately; selling my house. What did Ron Paul say?

"Live by the Sword, die by the sword"

And it isnt that you have been unplugged from media, its that no one is going to criticize a right winger for saying it because people want to make it divisive.

to be clear, he said this about 2 years ago, but retweeted himself when the movie was released a couple of days ago.

I hadn't heard his remark. Jesus is the originator of the quote so I hesitate to disagree. My family is made up of many in the military however so is Paul's comment from a personal viewpoint divisive? Yeah.

No, Kyle's view of Iraqis (enemies on the battlefield), not islam.

I saw the movie last night, and thought it was very good.

IMO there is nothing unusual about soldiers not liking the enemy especially after seeing them kill your buddies.

Because it will make the movie successful, which is what they don't want. Why is that hard for you to understand?
