Obama was listing off all these accomplishments during the SOTU address and Repubs were pouting over the good news. Even if it's all fluff it still made them look foolish on national TV.

Equal pay for women and the GOP was silent? LOL..

I'm sure they tacked on a few things to the bill but it still makes the GOP look stupid on the surface and that's what politics are all about. This will be used against them.

We see him patting himself on the back all of the time and giving himself credit for lots of things.

BTW, in his SOTU address, did he mention his promise about if you like your plan and your doctor you can keep it or the $2500 each year we'd all be saving? Nope, he just called it a success and you could care less about the actual facts.

And in terms of equal pay for women, what's not equal. Every person, be in man or woman can negotiate and agree to their pay based upon their value to the company.

Like it or not, women, due to the number who quit to become moms, will always command less pay in many positions. Life isn't fair. Many men also feel that societies norm where a man pays for dinner on a date isn't fair. Many men feel that it's not fair that women tend to receive favoritism in regards to custody during a divorce. But, life isn't fair.

Exactly! They can't have it both ways (as long as we are paying attention!)

This is what you posted

Obviously you only read the headlines and not the article, we are just now CONSIDERING exporting SOME oil due to the lack of refining capacity.

Knowing that the bill wouldn't pass because of the "No export" clause, he added that to make it look like the Rep. were against using American products. So like the Dems to make false statements when things don't go their way. Of course the media sucks it all up and reprints it.
Do you mean the OP would distort the truth in order to cast aspersions on the repubs? Shocked, just SHOCKED I tell ya'!

For every independent, conservative and libertarian (or anyone else caring about the Constitution) who is in favor of Keystone, this should really make you reconsider: Why You Should Oppose the Keystone XL Pipeline

It doesn't matter. Directly it creates jobs. Indirectly it increases supply globally thus driving prices down domestically and perhaps abroad and that helps everyone as evidenced by the mere threat this will go through and the corresponding recent reaction by OPEC.

You original gripe was the steel not all coming from domestic suppliers. Now, it's a unionist rhetoric regarding the deal. You lose on both. Especially when one considers the economic damage the current administration has put on all of us huh? And before you defend unemployment, consider how false the numbers are based on those that have simply left the market entirely. College grads can't get a meaningful job nor the skilled unemployed but boy can we flood the borders with potential unskilled democrat votes.

And in spit of this, he wants to raise taxes. Amazing. I'm not the guy you should get your dander up about. Try him.

Please, the Keystone pipeline is a godsend. I just ish they would drill in your backyard too. Sure.

This does NOT mean they won't source the US but, if there is a more competitive product available at, or above in quality, why wouldn't they keep the costs down? That HELPS everyone. Once again, the Democrats fail to understand that business isn't in the business of keeping employees alive, it's in the business of being competitive on a global scale.

Not in business to "make yo day go bedduh".....capiche?
You have no idea about unions. They look out for the middle class.

It only makes the GOP look stupid among idiots. Anybody with even a quarter of a brain remembers "If you like your insurance you can keep it", "not a smidgeon of corruption at the IRS", "I will veto any attempt to get around sequestration", "we will not let Detroit fail", "Benghazi was due to a youtube video", "we're drawing a line in the sand in Syria", etc. This guy hasn't just been caught lying redhanded, he's been caught lying over and over and over and over again.

Anybody who believes a single word that comes out of Obama's mouth after the track record he has is a total fool.
