How did Obama benefit? Only thing I could think of is getting funding for more police cams and more funds to militarize the police.

All of this, in light of the fact that Obama and Holder were virtually cheering from the sidelines from day one to have Wilson hung out to dry. If there was a single shred of evidence that Wilson was biased against blacks, with all the political pressure applied, it would have come out by now.

The most shameful part of this is that we have a commander in chief who stuck his neck into a matter which he really has no business in (yet again) without knowing any of the facts, in an attempt to push some type of agenda.
Rioting for a Reason: Civil Unrest and Political Opportunity. To fundamentally change a society first there must be widespread civil unrest

I don't know exactly what happened that day. What I do know is the evidence of the case wasn't cut and dry and there were holes in parts of the officer's story.

Could everything have taken place as Darren Wilson described? A very small chance with forensics. The key parts are the start of the altercation and the final moments before the final shots.
I know what happened. The forensic evidence spelled it out. A POS hood rat is dead and an honourable man has been denigrated.

And yet hood rat wannabes still honor that POS hood rat.

This administration should have to apologize for sending 3 government representatives to Brown's funeral. Turns out he was just another criminal.

The only remarkable thing here is that people still believe MB was not at fault and the officer killed him without cause. Now THAT is remarkable.

This whole thread is crazy. It's the same people rehashing the same stuff. Must be a miserable life that we live.

President Obama wanted to insure everyone that a full investigation of the agencies involved and that the federal investigation will run parallel with the states. If that is racism you all need to increase your vocabulary by going back to school.

You guys are behaving and using the same verbiage your racists parent and grand parents used when discussing race and sensitive issues. You aren't fooling anyone but yourselves especially if you think the world is going to buy it.

Learn to love those who are different and listen to a different perspective. It's so much easier.

How about he ream himself over our country's corruption.
Clue for you: the people running the CIA and the DEA are Obama appointees. All your attempt to divert attention does is further indict Obama. Oops.

Then President Obama should have kept his mouth shut until he had all the information. Instead he jumped to MB's defense making to clear where he stood. Yep, no preferential treatment there!

Oh, my...another babe in the woods who believes that when a new administration takes office, every civil servant, appointee or employee packs up and goes home, while the new administration tries frantically to appoint and hire new people ASAP. It just doesn't work that way, as nice as it would be if something so simplistic were the truth. Any student of history, especially American history, is cognizant of the fact that people tend to stay on, and their networks are deeply entrenched. Read something about the K Street boys, the C.I.A. and other government entities like the DOJ, DEA, FBI, etc. They may be nominally headed by political appointees for awhile, but in the end the agencies have well-established relationships and long-term employment.
