You forgot one thing though. They will come here and give birth and can tap into our welfare thru them as they are "considered" to be citizens of this country. Birthright citizenship needs to change also. Work and welfare are not incentives for terrorists and criminals to come here either. Therefore a good physical barrier to keep them out is also needed.
