It isn't other peoples money, until they earned it. Equal the playing field for those under paid with that of those over paid. Government has control of government. The people no longer have a say as they get controlled too. Not even with a vote.

Which is it?
They had all the opportunity to rectify the issue and failed to do so because their world is one of failure, reward for failure and avoidance of responsibility for failure.
In acknowledging that failure you want to empower them further? No thanks.

Do you have any proof of what you write or are you just letting off steam?

You've just dismissed a whole federal agency based on one article in one newspaper about ONE issue.

And you are asking me if I'm being obtuse?

Then referencing that piece and what you are saying--------------

You would have no problem and would support the EPA if they dramatically tightened water rules, even to the point that it would go against all your other previous statements(in this and a multitude of different threads) regarding getting rid of EPA and any other government interference in the name of capitalism and the free market.

All government pay... Equal.
Everyone in a federal government job, should receive the same exact pay. Set an example.

No matter what gov. job you have or where you live, you get $60,000 a year + full healthcare. Your pension is your SS or any private investments you make. President, secretaries, management, IRS employees, all military personnel... You are all equally our servants.
Silliest idea yet!

"The system we have now, makes that quite apparent now...."

you obviously don't know many gov't employees.

When I started with Uncle Sam I had 20 years in the private sector. I was a senior tech and manager.

Another person who started when I did was retired Army E-9. our boss was retired E-8.

You make gross assumptions with little or no experience.
