Obama said we needed to pass ACA to insure the 32 million uninsured americans.
At last count we had 41 million uninsured americans

Now gringo, you're old enough to know that 41 million - 32 million is a LOSS of 9 million, and thats even AFTER it climbed as high as 45 million.

the funny part is your link does nothing at all to dispell the statement at all.

And lets not even talk about the CBO estimate that we will NEVER get below 30 million uninsured..

Thats a new decrease of 2 million people for $2 TRILLION dollars.. SOMETIME down the road.. maybe

Proceed!!

I am skeptical about everything I hear about ACA. I could have designed a better plan in a couple of days but the Health Insurance companies would hot have liked being written our of the business. We heed healthcare not prosperous insurance companies.

Good. That means US debt to gdp ratio has just increased to roughly 115 %.

Good Job.

We are slowly heading towards Japanese debt levels.

No, $50K in 10 years is $5K in one year

That really depends on how you are counting..

We started with 32 million uninsured americans per Obama, the CBO says we wont ever drop below 30 million, which means if we do reach that goal, and we do spend $2T, thats $2T to insure 2 million individuals,

And since we currently stand at 41 million, its actually costing us hundreds of billions to insure 9 million less individuals every single year, until that number falls.

Try dividing 50 by 10 and see what happens

Do not be too proud to use a calculator.

The ACA is nothing more than a huge group coverage plan, in which the state and fed contribute, not the employer. 75% of all americans received insurance subsidies in one form of another before the ACA. The US health care expenditures are and have been out of whack compared to any other country in the world. Our system of delivering health care is more than all of europe and China combined and has been long before the ACA. The ACA offered no solution to control costs, and if there had been, many fools, tools and those with skin in the game would have raised cain about it. We've been robbed, and like cattle, love it.

But we were told it would lower the deficit and we could keep our doctors while saving the average family 2500 a year
