It is what it is.
tell me, would you let her walk, or make her pay dearly for damaging my daughters property?
If she was reponsible, she should pay.

If the school won't do anything about it, you can file in court.

I did not see the word "smashed"......I saw "damaged".

That could mean a lot of things.

Take her to small claims court or Try to get on the Judge Judy tv show. I'd like to hear the teacher's side of this story.

Why do you feel your take on the story is right and everyone else's is wrong? I'm sure the teacher has a completely different story to tell than the OP's daughter. Regardless, these kids sound like a bunch of losers destined for prison or teen pregnancy anyways, so let them call each other all the racial slurs they want. It's not like they'll ever have to function in the real world.

I would bill the teacher first.

See what happens.

I wonder how it was "damaged" and why it is somehow the teacher's fault.

Did she need to damage my daughters property, at a value of $680.

Had it been me and you damage my property no matter what words we are having, you may die that day.
Seriously? Wow...I'm scared people like you walk freely amongst the rest of us.

Nothing you've written so far leads me to believe this teacher considers herself a victim of her blackness. She sounds young and overwhelmed in trying to deal with a classroom full of obnoxious children whose parents applaud and defend their bad behavior. Only in America, folks.

Lol, and your daughter has a history of assault? Sounds like a real peach.
Amen to this

No. it sounds like YOU are calling the Op a liar because YOU don't believe his story and do like what his Daughter and he did.

YOU interject all sorts of things that he did NOT convey.

"Teachers don't typically attack children." I didn't read where anyone was attacked.

Of course we have the usual, when a story come out and it involves a teenager, if you support the story you call them women. When you DON'T like the story they are children.
