I think you've touched part of it, however, I also believe there were several world wide secret societies...one of which was indeed the World Trade Organization....which is part of the New World Order.

and Yes, our parties were much different back then...

yes, he was one of the few Presidents that did very well, when it came to public speaking....
you should listen to a few others of his speeches...

Yanno, If I were a school teacher, I'd be playing these speeches in classes for students to compare the way things were then and now, it is part of history....
Look at how many students don't even know who Martin Luther King is, and with the social media today, there is so much out there today to pull knowledge from.

Why aren't more people aware of these speeches?

if we are voting, we owe it to our country to listen and learn as much as we possibly can....
there are a whole lot of people out there who don't have a clue?

Eisenhower also mentioned this subject in his farewell address.

Both Eisenhower and JFK mentioned it.
And I think that JFK was the last truly "elected" President in the US.

We have been in a perpetual state of war ever since.

That video is an edited version of what JFK said and begins several minutes into the President's speech. (Which was not the "last speech" JFK delivered. His last formal speech was given at a prayer breakfast in Fort Worth, Texas, on November 22, 1963, several hours before he was assassinated.)

Kennedy was speaking to the American Newspaper Publishers Association on April 27, 1961. It was about the press coverage before, during and after the Bay of Pigs incident which occurred on April 17, 1961. The title of the speech was "The President and the Press". It addressed the issue of a free press vs. national security.

Context is everything.

Except to those who are into conspiracies, secret societies, the Illuminati, the New World Order, 'Murica and watching Youtube videos that are edited to promote an agenda. They toss context into the garbage.

(Pity the video didn't contain the full speech. Not only did Kennedy tell a few jokes - he was known for his wit - he referenced Karl Marx who worked as a journalist. The people who made that (horribly produced) video (with production values worthy of a 7th grade video production class) could have been tossed commies into their conspiracy mix! Woo hoo. Commies and secret societies! But then commies are so last year.)

I agree. And the media never highlighted two such disparate men issuing the same warning. Anyone who asked questions was immediately labeled a "conspiracy nut". It's a damn shame, isn't it?
