Texas is so crazy that people are fleeing supposed leftist utopias like New York, Illinois and California to move to Texas.
In fact, Texas is the most popular destination for people to move to of any state in the country, as it has been for a long time. And Texas' nation-best increase of four Congressional representatives during the last census provides evidence that this is the case.

If you think california is nutty cus it's very progressive, texas is nutty in the other direction by being crazy right wing! So its not a normal state.

Actually according to the US Census, the top 3 cities with the largest increases in population between 2011 & 2012 were NYC, Houston and LA, in that order.

What does any of that have to do with the video and the merit of his statements?
It shows he does not have good judgement and so his personal opinion of the state of Texas are worthless except as fodder for TV news. Based upon his history, this man should be in prison instead of Congress.

I'd rather be a crazy right wing than a nutty progressive any day of the week. I know, I live in Calif. which is the latter.
