Why not consider promoting opportunities for small businesses by having some random rolling of dice every 5 years, and if you land a 6 on the di, you get 5 years of tax-exempt status on all income earned. Otherwise, you pay the income tax proposed under the Clinton administration?

This will give people enormous hope that they could hit a 5-year tax-exempt exclusive opprtunity to really grow their business

What about not paying any taxes on income, but on wealth?

People should be taxed relative to how much they consume-not how much they earn.

Sales tax should be the only legal tax.

How about shutting down the IRS and follow the Constitutionally approved purposes and methods to lay and collect taxes!

Funding of national necessities would be done by duties charged on imports and exports as well as a form of consumption tax paid to the states and apportioned for payment to the federal government!

Get rid of the IRS and implement a consumption tax that will do away with loopholes and the need for a 74,000 page tax code!!

I actually like that idea...I would have to consider it more, find out more, before I'm on board 100%, but I like that idea.

So we all live paycheck to paycheck and pay little to no taxes? Sounds like a winning idea, until a recession hits, or... until we have to retire

Much simpler, effective and perhaps... more fair. It also won't discourage people to work harder as many conservatives claim.
