It appears that you greatly object to this. I suggest that you step away from the computer, carefully move over to the phone, and call the police to report the person holding a gun to your head forcing you to abide by these (purported) terms that Fox has imposed on you. IF this is true posting there is not a right. It's a privilege granted by the owner of the site and if you don't like it feel free not to use it. I understand that this sentiment is completely against the liberal mantra because if you don't like something rather than just not doing it yourself you think that nobody should be allowed to do it because you say so. However, maybe this time you could actually make an attempt.......

Wow, it took eric holder several judges and false charges to read James Rosen's email and FOX does it with a simple posted agreement!

I scanned through the agreement at foxnews.com and didn't see this mentioned.

Can you point me to anywhere they say they'll access your emails in an agreement?
