Actually, it's estimated that 10% of humans are born not strictly heterosexual.

EDIT: Approximately 4% explicitly identify as LGBT.

But how much higher would that number be if it included those questioning their sexual orientation and those denying it to themselves?

How much lower it would be if people acted like adults and parents taught their kids simple truths about those who behave the way they do.
