Obama is not there with Nixon! If he was he would have been impeached. The GOP has nothing tangible on this man...

Exactly. While there have certainly been screw ups, it hasn't been anything major compared to most other recent presidents. Claims to the contrary for so many posters basically amount to this: 'Wah, wah, wah! We don't like him! Because he we don't like him, these things must be scandals! Wah, wah, wah! "

Yeah, pretty much. Most of Obama's detractors don't understand how comparatively clean he's been. I have a problem with the massive information gathering Snowden revealed, and Obama is certainly intimately involved. But since Republicans and some Democrats also support it Congress won't do anything.

Obama did claim it but Rice was going on her campaign with it to the Sunday morning news talk programs like Face the Nation, Meet the Press and State of the Union and spreading it much more than Obama. If Obama did tell her to say that or not is a different story. But let's remember it's not the first time a politician believed one thing caused an event but was wrong like the Spanish-American War, the Vietnam War, and even World War 1 (Zimmerman Note) for example.

The fact is Obama had a number of non-scandals but because of distrust in American presidents peaking in the mid 1960's-1970's (LBJ on Nam, Nixon with Watergate and Ford's pardon of Nixon) there is a lot of people who inherently don't trust the government and rightfully so with the Spoils System, Grantism, the explosion of money in politics starting in 1896, Whitewater, Halburton, Solyndra, etc.
