I have to say coupled with all of the renewed interest by the right in Middle East terrorism recently I wonder if the Neo-Conservative ideology is picking up steam with Republicans again.
I thought for a while after the disaster that was the last Bush presidency, the Libertarian wing of the party was on the rise. Looks like that might have been a blip.

I think that was just the "Republican" brand being so damaged, people didn't want to associate fully with it. So they called themselves libertarians.
One of the many charms of a Jeb Bush presidency is he will bring in the same Bush team. The folks who brought us the Iraq war will be back with Iraq war part trois. I hate to say it, but I don't exactly hate the idea of rolling into Iraq again. ISIS is f'ng evil. I wouldn't mind rocking their world.
