No idea. But they have the free speech to tell why they refuse service.

Not the business of any government entity.

Please note, a PURCHASE at a retail establishment (ie buying flowers and getting a receipt) is different than a CONTRACT that 2 peeps agree to for a specific, individualized, private, one-time service, for an outside event, not usually held at the retail location.

Retail purchase vs. contracted one-time, special service.

IE, eating at a restaurant vs. a catering contract for a specific outside event. (think grasshopper)

That's a very interesting point you made. If you want to split hairs here (and it might be worthwhile to avoid the whole religious angle in the first place), the couple could also argue that if she claims she wasn't being homophobic, she was at least discriminating against them on the basis of gender, ie them being two men. There's more than one way to skin a cat. . .

I would suggest she post a sign stating she does not want homosexuals business and that should take care of it.
Sounds just like the 1950's with a sign that read, "No Coloreds." What year are you living in anyway?

Is anyone denying anyone the right to marry? Well, maybe a church wouldnt want to unless it welcomes a gay congregation.

Only denying 3-somes now, but give it time..... almost anything will 'fly'.

Oops, maybe that's off topic.

So, let me get this straight (hah). There are millions of innocents kids dying all over the world from diseases, wars and starvation, but the Almighty, All Loving God ignores them. . . but instead would punish a florist for merely selling flowers to a gay couple? Is that what's going to be the show stopper at the gates of Heaven? Really?

What about all the other sinners that the florist serviced in his life? Like a straight couple that used the Second and Third Inputs(R) to spice things up in bed. Or a boy that pursued self-fulfillment, as evident from his hairy palm. Or divorcees. Or people who work on Sabbath. Not the same.

Your pics are an example of ignorance. The florist did nothing to stop the guys from getting married.
