If the one party does something unconstitutional, does it make it right for the other party to do it too, when they have the power?

It sets the precedent that it's acceptable. So unfortunately, yes, the other party will.

Most of us sort of learned the answer to this question when we were 5 years old. We are responsible for our OWN actions and decisions and not some kind of stupid qualifications like, "I'm doing that because they do that".

Secondly, and I think this is of utmost importance for those who are always crying, "Unconstitutional, unconstitutional". You really must think your political system really SUCKS!!!!!!! You have zero faith in that constitution you so zealously guard. If it's so easy to constantly abuse the constitution and to trample it underfoot, it is in fact a useless document and not worth the paper it's written on.
