But even then his designation of the two parties isn't right. those who advocate welfare for instance does not advocate it for everyone. Its aimed at individuals within the economy. Any programs that is so aimed is individuals with as some supply the funding and other getting it like any program. The military ;law enforcement; Corp of engineers etc. are more masses aimed programs because all depend on them equally.

Its just ideology. I know I don't have THE answers, but I do search for the best ideas and spread them.
