So no, Powell did not break the law.

Hillary Clinton knew the law and broke it.

Also, Condaleeza Rice followed the new law - so you are incorrect that "All the previous Secretaries of State" ignored the law.

What Hillary did was not as bad as ISIS, but it is alarming to me, how many people are fine with breaking of laws/lies to the American public/serious flip flops/etc, simply because the poor act is done by their "team" or political party. Our country is headed for a downfall if we don't stop being such sheep excusing failure for political gain.
Agreed. What Powell did was legal, what Hillary did was illegal. Big difference right there.

Let's see that that leading democrat, Hillary Clinton, once had to say about secret e-mail accounts:

She was definitely against it before she was for it.

I am sorry, but you are regurgitating the wrong talking point.

The talking point that is being used by the Obama Administration is that it is:

"Not pertinent to know if Hillary sent classified information on her private email."

Just helping you follow the flock better.

Well, Obama was opposed to a laundry list of Bush policies to the cheers, chants, and faints of Democrats.

Now the Democrats tacitly approve of Obama out-Bushing Bush on most of those issues.

This is not about thinking and having principles, this is about obeying and cheering.

Default Who cares?

More Republican crap. Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, even Colin Powell when he was Sec of State, all did the same thing.

This is what happens when you have no desirable policy to run on, no history of success, no viable presidential candidates, and are facing annihilation.

Very hypocritical to make those comments and then have a private server. Her emails still need to be screened for release under a FOIA regardless of the source but allowing review of a private emails makes it more difficult. She criticized the Bush Admin for private emails and lack of transparency, this does not give us any faith that we are on the right track.

So now it's a 2005 State Department rule, not a law. Both Rice and Clinton reportedly violated the rule. No one cares about Rice because she is not running for POTUS.

Why not just turn over the server?

News is also reporting Jeb Bush used his personal email address while governor.
